She has over 25 years of experience in creative, brand creation, product design, advertising from print to digital  and every aspect of marketing communications.  She has launched and enhanced brand and position for many products.  She has worked for some of the world's most successful global companies, advertising agencies and leading brands in CPG, health/beauty, food/beverage and technology.  She has worked with big-name clients including Sephora, Biossance, Milani Cosmetics, Wet 'n Wild Beauty Products, and many others.  

Ramina has been recognized with ADDY Awards, Web Marketing Association Awards, Getty Images and many other organizations. 
She was named designer of the year by Adobe and her work has been published in several design books.
